In the electric winch operation, the slow speed electric winch is often use, because it requires large traction and slow speed to ensure the safety of operation. For several kinds of slow speed electric hoist for reference, in the process of lifting objects, the installation of electric hoist will directly affect the safety of operation.
Pay attention to the following points during installation:
(1) The location for installing the electricwinch should be a place with wide field of vision, which is convenient for the hoist driver and commander to observe, and should be 15 meters away from the lifting place; When the mast is used, its distance shall not be less than that of the mast
(2) In order to prevent capsizing and sliding when lifting objects, the appropriate fixing method should be selected. The common fixing method is to fix the base * place the winch on the concrete foundation, and then use the anchor screw to fix the base of the winch. The ground anchor method is to fix the winch with the ground anchor and transfer the force to the foundation through the ground anchor. This method is widely used on the construction site
