The main parts of HS-C chain block are made of high-quality steel. It is an improved product based on HSZ chain block and world advanced technology. Lifting capacity of HS-C chain block: 0.5T-20T. HS-C standard lifting height is 2.5m-3m.
Chain of chain block is boiled black or galvanized, not ordinary rolling. Cooking black process is to increase the strength of the chain, galvanizing is for beauty, rust. Chain block can also be made into upper and lower hook frame spray, the surface is smoother.
Use rules of chain block:
Overloading is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to operate with power other than human power. Before use, make sure the parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. It is strictly forbidden to lift heavy objects at the tip.
The lifting chain shall be suspended vertically without twisted chain link, and the lower hook frame of double chain shall not be turned over. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel to pull the hand chain, and make the hand chain wheel rotate clockwise to make the weight rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction to slow down at noon.
When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects, so as to avoid personal accidents. In the process of lifting, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, not too strong, so as to avoid the hand chain jumping or clasp. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately.
